Terms Of Service
By commissioning me for Live2D rigging services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully before placing an order.
General Terms
- These terms and conditions are subject to change. Please review this page each time you are obtaining a commission from me.
- I, as an artist, have all rights on my work.
- I have the right to decline any commission without question.
- I have the right to post work in proggress (WIP) in my social media unless agreed otherwise for additional fee.
Requirements
Turnaround Time
To begin, you must provide:
- A properly prepared, PSD file ready for rigging (layers must be separated, grouped and named).
- Permission in any form from your artist for this model to be rigged and/or confirmation that file belongs to you.
- A list of desired rig features.
I reserve the right to decline commissions if the PSD does not meet quality standards. If some parts made poorly I can fix them for aditional price.
- Estimated delivery time is 1 months but depending on the project complexity and my queue may be changed and will be disscused before work started.
- Rush order is available for an additional fee.
- All rigging revisions are free but may change delivery time.
- I will provide updates during key stages for feedback to be given.
- Delays due to client inaction (e.g., missing info/files) are not my responsibility.
Payment
- Full payment or a deposit (30%) is required upfront before work begins.
- Payment plan can not exceed 2 month or duration of the commision.
- You will not receive product before 100% of price is proceed.
- Price is non-negotiable once agreed upon, but may become higher due to adding new features that were not discussed before the work started.Accepted payment methods: Monobank or PayPal (will be updated)
Usage & Rights
- You receive commercial rights to use the rigged model in streams, videos, and related content.
- I retain rights to showcase the rig in my portfolio or social media but may delay posting if agreed upon.
- You will only recive full resolution digital files of commision. No physical items will be shipped to you adress.
- Source (.cmo3) file isn't included and you will not recive it.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or claim my rigging work as your own.
- You may not make extensive modifications to my work unless you have a written permission from me.
- Do not use my work for NFTs, AI training, or blockchain-related content. If you try to trick me into doing some project with it workwill be immediatly cancelled and no refund will be issued.
Cancellations & Refunds
- I reserve the right to cancel any commission without any explanation.
- If I cancel before starting, a full refund will be issued.
- If I cancel during the project, a partial refund will be given based on progress done.
Credit
- Credit me clearly in your bio, stream description or model reveal (for example: “Live2D Rig by Kalendora”).
Contact and Communication- Communication will be handled via Email, X or Telegram
- I take responsibility to respond within 1–3 business days.
